With our state-of-the-art facilities and skilled workforce, Most Manufacturing progresses are carried by ourselves,Blanking–Forging steel-Rough processing-Heat treatment-Precision grinding-Inspection. all well controlled committed to delivering high-quality products. STEP 1.raw material
we use the raw material from Baowu Steel,include D2,H13,HSS etc
STEP 2.forging steel
Electro-hydraulic hammer,skilled forging workers work for us
STEP 3.rough processing
More than 30 sets of processing equipment in the rough processing workshop,include lathe,milling machine,planer,drill machine etc.
STEP 4.heat treatment
we have independent workshop for heat treatment,skilled technicians work here,ensure most blades can be fully hardened
STEP 5.Precision grinding
we equiped more than 30 sets of precision grinding machine like internal and external machine,surface grinding machine and lapping machine,ensure our knife tolerance
STEP 6.Inspection
Final step of the production is insepction, we use tensile tester,impact testing machine, metallography analyzer,harmless flawdetector, magnetic powder inspection, hardness tester, Caliper rule, microcalliper, etc.ensure the technical parameter meet with the customers requirements
